Went a little overboard

Well, I had our 3rd Christmas celebration today (first was my wife and kids, second was the in-laws, now my extended family), and I certainly feel like I overdid it. To most people it probably wasn’t much, but having been on low-carb since June, it certainly feels like a lot. I’m feeling bloated and slug-like right now. I’m not gonna kick myself for too long, though - shake it off, and get back to work on it again tomorrow. It is good incentive, however - I don’t want to feel like this very often, so having the carbs really isn’t worth it right now. I’ll get down to my goal weight and then introduce them in a more controlled fashion.

Question - what was your biggest temptation over the holidays, and what’s your plan to get back on track if you got off track?
