I really like the blogs of Tom Venuto (Burn the Fat) and Alwyn Cosgrove (http://alwyncosgrove.blogspot.com) - they are pretty motivational. Yesterday, Tom was actually a guest author on Alwyn’s blog, and he talked about 20 predictions for the coming year related to your fitness goals. I thought it was a pretty good list of predictions, so I wanted to share them with you. Let me know what you think, and if you’d make any changes to this list.
