High-Intensity Interval Training - video
I’ve written a couple of times about high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and while surfing through some of Craig Ballantyne’s videos on YouTube, I found this one which is a great explanation the HIIT process. This type of workout revs up your body’s fat-burning process, and helps it keep burning fat well beyond the time you step off the treadmill. I’ve been following it for a bit over a month now, and I’m noticing a difference in my body composition. I’ve also had several people, one as recently as this morning, say they’ve noticed the same thing. If the only thing that’s changed in the past month is the introduction of HIIT into my routine, I’ve got to conclude that it must be having an impact.
