Wall-sit and variations

I just tried wall sits for the first time on Sunday, and I’m still feeling it two days later! I found an example video from trainer Les Romack on YouTube today, and thought I’d share it with you. It’s a pretty easy exercise to learn, but it really works your calves and glutes. Best of all, you don’t need any equipment to do it - just an open wall. There are some other videos that show different variations - on the weekend, I did the same exercise using a Swiss ball between me and the wall, which worked well.
