Now that the weather is turning warmer here in the Chicago area, there’s a lot more incentive to get outside and exercise instead of staying in the gym. I’ve started running outdoors, which has been great, but I’m thinking of trying some outdoor weights or resistance training. Probably any of the bodyweight exercises by Craig Ballantyne could be done outdoors, but I found the video below that you can do at a playground. Might be fun, although some of the moves are still waaaay beyond me.
Anyway, if you try it, let us know how it goes…
