30-minute circuit challenge

As summer kicks into full swing, I have a feeling I’ll have a tendency to want to spend more time outside, and less time in the gym. However, you can still get a really good workout in, in about 30 minutes. Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training has a really good circuit workout that can be completed in 30 minutes - enough time to get a really good workout, but still have time to get out and enjoy the outdoors.
